Animal Flow & Coordination
Join us for an invigorating outdoor session at Parc La Grange.
This two-hour session will feature Animal Flow and Coordination exercises, along with some handstand practice.

Join us for two full days of movement with Luc Tranchet focused on exploration and strength work:
- Organic strength training
- Primary and animal-inspired movement patterns
